Got this as a second fridge. It’s seems to be of good quality. Only issue is when you close the fridge door the freezer door pops open but closes on it’s on.

Was very easy to find what I wanted. Placed my order and it showed up on time. Very happy with the performance of the box. For the price it was a very good value.

The Insignia brand is Best Buy’s own. I bought this new and energy efficient fridge for my mom to replace her GE brand refrigerator that starting leaking water onto her apartment floor. Needless to say, the Insignia fridge has a frostless top freezer with ample storage and LED lighting below. The unit came with all the inside shelves well packed and cushioned, and the delivery men were fast and prompt with the delivery as scheduled! They also took the old fridge away at a reasonable disposal charge! Very happy with the purchase and would buy this brand from Best Buy again.

Excellent refrigerator! Looks great and keeps all items frozen and regular at proper temperatures. Also all items are easy to get to.

The first refrigerator delivered, after 3 days, started a whiny noise that sounded like a cow mooing. I reported it and asked the fridge be replaced with a new one. It got replaced in 5 days. The new one stayed quiet for a week and a half before it started the ‘mooing’ sound. Besides that, it runs well. Just have that annoyance of having to hear the ‘cow’ constantly.

Bought this one for my husband's office, so it actually gets much less use than a home refrigerator does. Unlike every other refrigerator that I've purchased recently, the icemaker is still working fine--which is what the office folks really use. Those "in the door" icemakers seem to clog up all the time (as my annoyed husband tells me when he has to unclog them). The icemaker on this one is in the freezer and works great.

We bought this as a secondary fridge for our garage. It works as expected, we use it as a beverage fridge and overflow from the kitchen fridge. It works well for us

I am really enjoying my new refrigerator, it does make a little Noise from time to time.

Needed a breakroom fridge for the team and this Insignia is working just great. Plenty of room for breakroom lunches.

Looks sleek and is good for small spaces but still big from the inside...cools fast and best part besides the price...was the wheels for easy movement...

I was disappointed that the sides are black and not stainless steel like the front. The only issue is I have a small kitchen and that black makes it darker. I like the size, perfect for me.

Nice . Needs to be shut softly not slammed or will bounce back open. Takes some getting used to with no handles

This is a very good deal for a refrigerator. It works as expected and very spacious inside. It lacks a ice maker but you can always use a ice tray. It need not be connected to any water outlet. Just plug in and start using.

Keeps food cold and freezer works good also. But no light comes on when you open the freezer door. Shelves are low but nice door shelves. I recommend this appliance.

Works well and looks sleek. Ample space for a family of 4. I'm glad I got the silver. It costs a little more, but I'm pleased I did not get white or black color.
