It is a very inexpensive refrigerator comparing to other brands. It is a very functional and an excellent choice for a small kitchen.

It performs well and fills the need for which I bought it. For me it is a secondary refrigerator so has no frills but keeps everything cool and/or frozen

good sized frig for the $. Delivery was great!! Only problem was a few small dents, nothing very noticeable

This is a great fridge freezer that we are using as a drinks and spill over fridge in the garage. Glass movable shelves are easy to clean!!!

got it for my backyard so when ever we’re doing cool out we don’t have to go in and we absolutely loved it very big and plenty of space

We had a problem with the door seal when it was delivered. They delivery guys changed the doors opening sides and they did seat correctly. The delivery guys just shinned it and said to call BB andf get another one. Well, I called to get ours fixed. BB sent out a repair team and it was fixed and is working great now. I give BB 5 out of 5 stars for thier service but I only give 3 stars to thier delivery people.

A slim compact look with plenty of room inside and does not take up a lot of space in my smaller kitchen.

The stainless steel goes well with the rest of our appliances, although the fingerprints do tend to show. The freezer door is very slow to close, sometimes needing an extra nudge to close completely. The temperature is very good in both the top and the bottom.

Great refrigerator, I like the quality and it is surprisingly large on the inside.

Love the no handle look. Has nice amount of space. Drawers are big. The door also has a lot of room.

This is my THIRD I repeat, THIRD Insignia fridge from them. Each one makes a screaming noise from the back. I was told by the Geek Squad team “this is the old way of making fridges and if I was there when you bought it, I would have never told you to purchase this item. It’s horrible quality.” THIS IS BEST BUYS TEAM TELLING ME THIS. I replaced the fridge in 2x in March and once in April, then Covid happened and they wouldn’t allow me to return it until after Covid ended, rightfully so. When I asked for a refund to buy a better brand of fridge they went back on their word and said I wasn’t able to unless it was “defective” which is nonsense. So wrong during these already difficult times, and this is how you treat your customers? Now I’m stuck with a fridge that I have to listen to scream like someone is being killed inside of it. Do yourself the favor and don’t purchase it! If I could give zero stars I would.

Love my new fridge. Spacious and easy to clean. I used it for for spare.
