Perfect works as it should easy to use freezer keeps things frozen And fridge keeps things cold

In short - I would 100% not recommend this fridge. It's been 7-8 months since this fridge/freezer has been within our home. We bought it in late December, arrived in January and it's been a terrible purchase. We were desperate to find a fridge/freezer since it was just along the holidays, the selection of fridge/freezers were low and budget was tight. We settled for Insignia and wish we had waited. Even if just another week or two. The delivery was good but because of the cheap material the fridge is made out of - the shelves while taped and cushioned, still damaged the walls of the fridge. Which we didn't see until the delivery guys have left. We thought, we really need this fridge right now -- let's just keep. Only more and more issues propped up. The fridge/freezer door does not remain closed, no matter what we do. I had to buy a "child-proof" door latch to help keep the freezer closed. There's not enough room in either the top or bottom. The fridge doesn't get cold and when it does, it freezes everything. Even after adjusting temps and reorganizing our food in different ways. So this causes a lot of unexpected spoilage. The shelves are flimsy - side door and inside. You're not going to get your bang for your buck, that's for sure. Spend the extra $100 or $200. And if you are looking for parts to repair, you're also out of luck. This brand is a house brand from Best Buy, most of the parts will be out of stock too. I wish I knew all of this before buying.

Attractive space-saving refrigerator with good interior space allocations. My only complaint are the motor sounds which are like a groaning dog or an upset stomach. Best feature is that it fits in my space. The unusual noise is why I rated it only 3 stars.

It came in with a bit of dent and scratches. Other than that, it is a good refrigerator with nice looking design.

It's ok for this price, just very hard to order additional parts

We have had this product for a month and so far no problems. The cooling cycle sounds a little weird so be prepared for that whine it produces but it is nothing that you can not get used too. The overall layout and design is excellent for a lower priced unit. The freezer is bigger than one might expect and the door shelves are strong enough to hold milk and you have to use that as the shelves are a little compact which is the only drawback.

I’m so happy with my purchase. The refrigerator is the perfect size for my new apartment.

Needed extra refrigerator in garage and this is perfect. Nice large shelves and alot of room.
