I was crushed, still am !!!

Warranty?

We are in ongoing negotiation with Best Buy for a replacement, as the unit is under warranty. Unfortunately nothing is easy. However, we will persevere to ensure Best Buy stands up to their commitment to their products sold.

Fridge and Freezer Door Issues

When you close the freezer door it stops half way closed and when you close it the fridge door seem breaks so the cold air goes out. It sucks its not returnable.
