I like that there are two bin sections - eliminated having two separate bins in kitchen. It’s pretty easy for setup & emptying - even teenagers like it!

I don’t like the fact that it is only able to use two separate 13 gallon bags I wanted to use a large bag only but the can is only able to take two bags not able to use one.
