Cannot get trash bags out after filled without rip
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s really difficult to get the trash bags out of the bin once they are filled. If you have both the recycling and trash filled out the same time, its hard to pull out one bag at a time. I ended up removing the middle insert and just use it as one big bin now instead of divided. It looks nice which is why I’m giving 2 stars. It’s not functional.

We have gone through maybe 4 sets of batteries in 6 years with daily continual use. Fits regular white kitchen bags- it is easy to swap full bags for new ones. If you're in a busy household I'd highly recommend this can. When it won't open then hit the close button and it will reset itselft.

Nice looking Trash Can - Stopped Working

It trys to open, but it does not open. It is awful. I dont think there is a warranty at all….. I now have to find a tradh can to put my Insigina Trash Can in!!!!

TERRIBLE

We got two and had them for over a year and constantly have problems with the lid it does not STAY OPEN it will CONSTANTLY CLOSE ON YOU! And it will take forever to open back up sometimes.. now it will not open at all smh

The sensor never worked and the open button didn’t work. I called customer service and they had me bring it back in to Best Buy to see if a tech could fix it. In the end Best Buy couldn’t figure it out and asked if I wanted to return or exchange. Return it was.
