Okay product at first

Lid seems to struggle to open and close on its own. Maybe the motor in it is faulty since I swapped the batteries thinking that would fix it but nothing.

Ona good note they have been in there a a solid month and I haven't changed them yet. Also wish the divider was removable. I just end up using both sides for trash. Other than that it's a good working trash can. Not perfect but for 60 bucks on deal of the day, I was very happy with it

BUT, for some strange reason it has a divider in the middle that is non-removeable...huge disappointment for me. Had to return. If they redesign and make the split removeable then I would definitely buy again.

The automatic lid is a nice touch, but is very sensitive. We have a narrow walkway in our kitchen and constantly trigger it to open. No fault of the can, but something to keep in mind if you have a small kitchen. That said, it's great to have the dual chambers for recycling + trash.

Sometimes the closing of the lid occurs too quickly as I’m scrapping of food from my plate, so thats why not 5 stars. Would be nice if could adjust the close timer somewhat.
