No matter how much I use it, it will lose certain channels and have to reprogram them in again. I don't have to reprogram them, but it will just freeze up and then go to a different channel. When I go back to that channel, though, it is in there and works again. Kind of frustrating when trying to switch to certain channels and it freezes for 30 seconds or so every time I use it.

Very irritating. If I knew this tv did this I would not have bought it. It doesnt sound human. When you put volume up or down you cant hear whats on because the voice talking.

To turn it off please do this: Press the Menu key on the remote control, Select the Accessibility menu, and then select Voice Guide and change the setting to Off.
