I returned the first tv due to volume issues & got another thinking it was just an issue with the first tv. Got the 2nd Insignia - same issue. Not sure what do do next, as Best Buy doesn't have a different brand 19 inch tv in stock at the store and everything is more difficult at this time due to Covid19.
