And I'm not happy with the voice that comes on to tell me when the picture is being turned on or off; and when the the sound is being turned up or down.

They are accurate and you get what you pay for. If you need a CHEAP TV, this is for you, but if you want something of quality, don't go this route.

Unfortunately the first 19" I brought home and put together did not work and I had to return it for another. But all is well with the replacement.

Easy to use if you have a Roku stick or cable box. It is annoying to have to go through at least 10 or more numbers to get to the next volume level. Not the best value.

We have a cubicle in our kitchen cabinets where only this size fits. The new model has a few improvements but nothing to shout about. It works.

Would have liked 1040p, but could not find one. Does the job and has a nice small bezel. Using it in the kitchen.
