Well, we opened it and the screws to attach the legs/stand are missing. There is no way to attach them or have the tv stable without them.

Bought it online due to stores being closed. I was unimpressed with how small it is and I had to buy another larger one. My desktop monitor is larger than this. Big waste of money.

It worked great for about 4 weeks and then suddenly stopped working well. All of a sudden the screen started flashing and then it would flash horizontal lines all down the screen. Made it very hard to keep using. Tried a different hdmi cable and same issue. Left unplugged for awhile and still the same issue. I bought it open box from Best Buy online so maybe part of the issue was it was previously used.

I'd rate it as "poor" at best, Reception stinks (over the air). Speakers direct the sound down, not forward toward viewer. Be aware it only works thru the remote. There is no power, channel, or volume control on the tv itself. This is a tv worthy of being out on an enclosed porch, or out in a garage. The remote is well balanced, comfortable in the hand, logically laid out.

Only problem is, it lasted 8 months, and no more picture, so... I did buy another one-it is the ONLY 19" option, so not a lot of choice in the matter. Best Buy has an excellent warranty program (my mistake not buying it the first time), so this time I will be covered if I get another defective tv.
