I've had this product for about 14 months, and have had no issues. Image is clear and crisp, and the basic menu is intuitive enough. One con: It has no video component input. Another feature I think that can be improved are the built-in speakers; they are really weak, you have to turn up the volume really high to be able to hear clearly.
