Wasn’t expecting much from it. I wanted something for my son’s Xbox. Sounds good and he likes it.

How unfortunate that it is necessary to add the expense of a soundbar to the original price of a TV only to assure the audio performance can meet minimum expectations. The Insignia soundbar offers an economical way to do this. The manufacturing cost savings of installing poor quality audio in the TV has been passed on to the consumer in the form of the additional cost of the soundbar. Why do you think all TV manufacturers now sell soundbars?

I hooked this up to a ONN Projector and we get near Sourround sound quality that does not include the sub woofer..Really don't need it! I just wanted to hear the words when the actors speak!

Decent little speaker to help with the volume on tv. Not top of the line but so far it sounds pretty good.

Got it on sale, works well for the price, also has has a decent audio sound for music

The sound bar works great. Initially I had some difficulty setting it up but after some research about my tv the set up was quick.

It's been little over eight months since I bought this little soundbar and I am pleasantly surprised every time I turn it on! I have it hooked up with my monitor via 3.5mm audio cable. The monitor gets feed from my PC, five tv stick and laptop. Audio quality is decent for it's size. It has adequate amount of base. There are three modes (Theater, News & Standard), which can be choose from the controller. I use theater mode for music and movie watching. It can feel a small room.

I live in an apartment so I can’t blare the TV too loud which makes virtually impossible ti actually hear what’s going on. Then the music and action is crazy loud. This system allows me to have a moderate volume and can still here the talking. There no bass, but for regular TV watching I can finally here what people are saying clearly! I have my built in TV speakers off and just have this sound bar now. My only gripe is that the remote doesn’t work very well so I just manually hit the power button on the side to turn it on. Other than that perfect. Planning to buy another one soon for my bedroom which also has TV with same issue.

I added this to my bedroom to replace the tv’s speakers. I couldn’t stand the speakers on my TV after listening to surround sound in my living room. This makes dialogue much more clear and clean sounding than my TVs speakers. For the money this can’t be beat. It’s small, efficient and sounds fine for the bedroom. I will say I don’t like that it doesn’t have a small display that shows a number for volume. That is my only complaint.

Was hard to figure out how to connect it. Once it was done we were very pleased with the volume and quality of the sound we now get from our small TV I was lucky to get it on sale

Pretty good speakers at an incredible price. One con is that it did not come with optical cables.

Greatly improves the sound quality of my smaller-sized Samsung TV and provides a louder maximum volume.

I replaced my old flat screen TV with a new one and put the old one in the downstairs playroom. The old TV had rear facing speakers which means you had to turn the sound up to hear it well. I bought this item to have forward facing sound. I got it on sale and I already had an optical cable (it does not come with one). Overall it does the job, nothing special but it works if you just need better sound.

A very affordable solution to my movies sound volume woes. I initially bought one at 4 times the price on Amazon that didn’t help. I returned that, bought this and am very glad I did.
