The unit, as well as the remote, are easy to use. It has decent sound for my needs. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the soundbar does not have a separate jack for ear buds, which would have been convenient.

Wished it had a HDMI connector but other than that it’s a great product. Plus you can connect it to a Bluetooth device.

We expected it to deliver the average quality sound that it does. What we did not expect was that getting it to recognize a tv of the same make would take so much effort. "Plug and Play" quickly became "Plug and Pray." Finally, after multiple system restarts and 2 unnecessary and unneeded optical cable replacements, the bar would recognize the same brand tv. In its favor, the "news" setting produces clear speech which was the main reason it was purchased. It will not turn on or off when the television is powered up or down. We also had an incredibly difficult getting it to work properly using the Firestick for signal source. Do not expect it to turn on or off with the tv remote if you have an Insignia tv either. In short, this is an inexpensive sound bar with ease of setup issues that will deliver adequate sound once and/or if it is finally configured. Hopefully, your set up experience will be better than ours was.
