Great little sound bar

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After upgrading to a 65” tv I was entitled to a $50 Best Buy gift certificate (if purchase was over $50), for which I purchase the Insignia s sound bar. Initially I was looking for a Samsung sound bar to match my new tv, however once I saw this sound bar which was discounted $50 off to $49.99, I immediately grabbed the last one after quickly reading the online reviews. At checkout I added a candy bar to get the discount (purchase had to be over $50) from the certificate, so I ended up getting the sound bar for only a couple of bucks!!! Once home, I was able to easily install the sound bar (on fireplace shelf, directly under the tv) and definitely noticed a huge difference in bass (especially w/o a separate bass unit) and overall sound quality. Highly recommend!

GREAT SOUNDBAR 2.0!

Works awesome without any other hookup, from across the room. 3 modes are awesome for different watching. Movies on Theater mode, TV shows and sporting events on Standard mode, and News on news mode so its easier to hear voices without background noise interrupting.

It turns on and off with the tv and all I had to do was check the tv sound settings and the tv remote controls the overall volume. The standard sound setting is best for everyday use, mine was set to news when I plugged it in.

Ok sound bar

The speakers are not that great, but this added sound bar from insignia help a lot.
