Limited volume and bass response, but ok for a small apartment. It's sleek design is also a positive: It doesn't take up a lot of space.

My new sound bar was easy to assemble and it works great!

Excellent sound and great price. I understand it is not nearly as good as a full subwoofer/surround setup, but perfect for my apartment bedroom. A massive upgrade over any TV speaker and I think it would leave anyone happy looking for this budget range. I will say it was on sale for $60 but still seems worth it for a $100 price tag. If bass is a problem in apartments/shared living you can adjust it. I ended up putting mine on top of a few towels to try and mitigate some of the vibrations.

Make a whole lot of difference in a big living room . Small but nice punch not a giant party sound speaker but for family movie night sound like a class C speaker a whole lot better than them crappy t.v. speakers work even better when you have optical connectors i have 1 for t.v and 1 for playstation i swap out

Added this to our computer, and it makes the whole experience better. Great for streaming, listening to music, etc... and it comes in a small package. Worth the investment!

This is great speaker at an excellent price. The sound is clear. Works very well for my husband who wears hearing aids in both ears. He is able to hear the tv at a level that also works for me, I’m not blasted out of the room now. Had to use the optical connection due to our tv being at least 15 years old.

Definitely better sound than the TV alone. It was worth what we paid for this sound bar, but I think I maybe I would have been more satisfied if we had paid a little more and purchased one with a sub-woofer.

I bought the bar because i believed $35 was a good deal from original price of $99.99. Hooking it up was easy with a HDMI cable thru the HDMI (ARC) port. It recognized easily and connected. Sound wise, i believe it is not that loud. I'm comparing it to an Insignia 43" tv and the tv & soundbar max out at almost the same volume. I bought some add-on brackets to hand it from underneath and aesthetically looks nice. I'll just keep it since it was only $35. I guess you could also just use it as a Bluetooth speaker for your phone as its obviously louder than a phone.

Good little sound bar and it was an extremely easy set up just wish it had a way to see the volume level you kind of have to guess.

Really great product for the price. Really improved the TV experience in my living room so I got a second one for my office.

The sound quality of this Insignia sound bar was very good. I was using it on my main tv. Then, I realized it was powering off after a few minutes when there was no sound signal going through it. I had to power it back on each time I came back to watch tv. I switched it to a computer monitor where the power off was not an issue. It works fine.

This was an open box item. When it arrived, the box was open and wet. There was no remote in the box. However, it worked perfectly. I had a $40 coupon and since it was open box, it was cheaper than new. I paid 2.99 for this soundbar and it works great.

Once we were able to hook it up with the help of an insignia representative by phone it has met its purpose by projecting the sound out in front of the TV. The TV itself projected sound to the side which since my husband has difficulty hearing ment he had to turn it up louder. This keeps the volumn at a reasonable level.
