You do not need an expensive soundbar if you just wanna better sound from ur tv compared to the built in speakers...which alot of them suck. I have 2 of these and I love the sound they give off. Worth every penny.

I check on it weekly and ask about it quite often and I never see any problems and I get updates of how good it's working. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how to get the volume level to appear on the t.v. screen. When I get one for myself it's gonna be one of these!

It was a less expensive sound bar but again I had trouble hooking it up to this tv and getting it to work constantly.
