TV speakers are back of tv and don't get the best sound. The Insignia soundbar sends the sound to the viewer. This makes my TV, sound like a theater system, the sound volume is great. Great sound bar for the price. Highly recommend this product.

This sound bar is a good addition to our 65” 4k tv. Sound quality is great. Volume needs to be up a little high for dialogue but overall well worth it.

Only thing for a roku tv is finding a remote to control both which doesnt seem hard just have not attempted yet.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would give 0 Stars if I could … tried pairing via Bluetooth, would connect to TV and beep to confirm it paired, but no sound would come out. Tried other audio connections and no sound. This is brand new out of the box and won’t work. I also can’t even get it to power off with the remote, in order to turn off power I have to unplug it. I don’t have the box so I can’t return it. Not worth the money, just stuck with a black paperweight at this point. Annoyed I even bothered with a sound bar.
