I had to use my hearing aids to hear some shows and movies clearly. I bought a better soundbar and it's so much better. Even my portable blue tooth speaker is better quality than this.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The speaker is set way lower than my TV volume and I had to turn the volume all the way up to hear anything. also, the promotions that came with it were inapplicable and I had to call customer service many many times to send me codes that worked. due to my disability and the distraction with the codes I forgot to try and return it in time to the store, they didn't care that I couldn't before due to challenges in my mobility, I waited for the manager to show up but they kept me waiting then said nothing we could do and they turned me away. I do not know if this soundbar should be a good one since I got a bad one that I couldn't return. it was an overall horrible experience with insensitive staff I won't be buying anything from Best Buy anymore.
