The headphone jack on them only playing sound in one ear of the headset unless you wiggle the cord inside it then sometimes you can sound in the other for a moment. A crackly sound can be heard when computer is off but speakers are on. Other than that, they work and they were cheap and I got what I paid for - I wasn't bothered spending the time returning them.
