For the price these speakers meet my need. I bought a laptop that had pretty good sound but sometimes with the volume maxed out the sound was too low. If you are looking for a full symphonic sound you probably want to consider an upgrade.

The speakers are hooked into the TV and connected to the bed near my pillow. They work well enough for me to have clear sound without disturbing others in the house. Good value.

If you need replacement speakers for your computer...especially an older one these speakers meet your needs. If you do not require high level sound quality then these will do nicely.

Small speakers that have an alright sound nothing to fancy but still gets the job done in a small room.

I bought this for my daughter when she replaced her monitor she had no speakers. These worked out great for her. easy to hook up, and she loves to listen to media from them. Thanks Best Buy. I will always be a customer.

So a year ago I bought my first set. They worked for 6 months and then the left speaker went out completely. So there's a year warranty and they're a Best Buy product, yet when I went to exchange them, Best Buy gave me grief over it because it was later than 30 days on the receipt. I had to explain to several people that it's their product and Insignia's website said to return them to the store. Well now I'm on my second set and 3 months later the right speaker has a short in the cord. The product was used properly, so no loud music, no moving them around. Invest $5 more and get decent speakers. Going through 2 sets in less than a year? Ridiculous.

These items are adequate for casual listening, but not for the critical listener. There is little depth to the sound reproduction. They are certainly better than the built in speakers by a long shot.

Just wanted to make my laptop a little louder (for music and videos) I paid less for them so the deal was great They are very simple and do not take up space would not recommend for aything other than laptops

Look, these really are the WORST sounding speakers you can buy at Best Buy for your PC. But they are $15! I use all of my stellar headphones 99% of the time. I just needed something convenient and NOT USB (USB Speakers cause issues sometimes) for the rare times I wanted to just have sound coming out of the speakers. Thank you. for $15 sound.

If you are looking for great sound quality then this is not the speakers for you. But if you are just looking for speakers with sound these are it . plug and play.

I was looking for some replacement speakers. These were perfect for the home computer that the family uses.

Rich sound easy to set up and use when a head set just won't do

It helps me enhance the sound; during my meeting via Skype. I love it!!

Obviously not ideal for watching movies, but they have a great work application for video conferencing.

I use it to amplify my TV because my treadmill makes lots of noise. It could be a bit more powerful.

clean sound for the price, don't expect "boom". you get what you paid for.
