The speakers plug into my I-Pad Retina, I-Pod, Lenovo Laptop, Toshiba Laptop, and Gateway Desktop computers producing good sound. For the price these are a great set up speaker. I ended up purchasing 2 more sets for a total of 3! Truly a "Best Buy"
