Not much bass but vocal has great sound. It sounds better than I expected and for this price it is a steal for desktop speakers if you're NOT looking to pay big bucks.

I still had the speakers I got when I bought my desktop. I had to keep them on the floor or get a larger desk. Instead, I got these very good smaller speakers. I really like that I can also plug my headphones into one of the speakers, so I don't have to worry about making too much noise for the neighbors.

I needed some speakers for work that weren't too expensive and worked well. These speakers fit the bill perfectly. Not a lot of bass but for $15 I don't expect it.

I was looking for some inexpensive speakers that sounded ok. I just needed something for my desktop- nothing fancy to play music or movies. These fit the bill and were reasonably priced.

For the price, these speakers work great with descent sound. Love the volume control on the speaker and the optional headset output port. I would definitely recommend these for everyday use.

I bought these just so I could get sound out of my new computer. I wasn't looking for expensive high volume 6+1 speakers. I was very pleased with the quality especially for the price.

I needed new computer speakers badly as mine i had were from an old old desk top. they didnt even have a headphone jack! so when i saw these for the price i got them and the sound, for the price is amazing and i love being able to use my headphones now so i dont bother anyone!

These Insignia speakers were very easy to install, with good sound quality for the price. My kids use these speakers on their computer and they are very easy for my kids to use.

Not the best speakers as for range or bass response, but for the money you get a lot of sound for your buck. These are great for an office desk speaker where sound is going to be kept at minimal levels.

They are nice and sound great. look good slim, like that it as a volume control. and the head phone port is a plus.

The Insignia - 2.0 Stereo Computer Speaker System (2-Piece) has worked out great for our purposes. Inexpensive, easy to use and the quality of sound is good. For the price this product is a bargain.

If you are looking for speakers to make your sound louder to fill a room from your laptop and are looking to not have to worry about breaking them then these are for you. They are BY FAR not the best speakers you can get but they work to fill a class room while teach people how to umpire baseball. But the best part is that because of the price I don't have to worry about if I break them. Don't get me wrong I try not to but it is very nice feeling that because of the price of these it doesn't matter if they do break.

I've really liked these. I like the size and sound. I didn't have a lot of space to work with and these fit perfectly. I actually like their look also. Good value for the price.

The speakers are small & look like they won't produce a mighty sound but I was pleasantly surprised once I plugged it into my laptop. No fuss it was an instant connection. Served me well adding a boost of sound. Excellent with a reasonable price.

I purchased these speakers for my Dell desktop computer. They were truly plug and play in that all I had to do is plug them in and they worked. No configuration was necessary. They are a good value for the money.

They work good for cheaper speakers. They have a good sound quality and can get loud. I use them just for school. Only wish the wire that connected them was a little longer

Seeing how these are the only cheap speakers left on the shelves that are not 5.1 super duper surround sound with a booming subwoofer, they do the job. Advantages - good, cheap , office style speakers. Sound quality acceptable. Disadvantages - the wires, all of them, are too short. Computers nowadays have at least two monitors and you cannot put the speakers that far apart. They are hard wired together - I wish they had a 3.5 male to male cable between them so I could have just bought a longer cable. The power cord was also too short, simple fix, extension cord. Other than that - not bad !!! Good for the price.

Speakers were very inexpensive and even cheaper upon check-out (on sale). Quality and sound were good for everyday computer use. Slim size use little desk space.

For the price, I am very pleased with this item...I needed a set of speakers for my desktop system, but needed them at a budget price. These speaker were easy to install and work really well. There's no static residual effects when turned to maximum output. Am well pleased!
