I was looking for a personal cd player that could play out loud without the earphones. The sales person suggested I connect computer speakers to my personal cd player. I would have never thought of that. Now I can work in my craft room and listen to my music without using the earplugs and freely move around the room without having to hold onto the cd player. Awesome suggestion!

I bought these for my Mom's computer. These work fine for someone wanting a basic set of speakers and you don't want to spend a lot of $$. If you are expecting more from these speakers, then you will be disappointed.

Cheap but not low quality. Great sound for the size and they look nice as well.

I was looking for an affordable speaker for portable speaker - this fit the speakers but I needed something that USB powered.

Not bad for desktop speakers if you're not looking for loudness, or a full, rich sound. You get what you pay for.

These are the perfect size speakers for my computer and the sound quality is very good. I am very pleased with them.

You probably wont expect much for what these costs and you will not be disappointed. This is just about exactly what you would expect for less than $15. They provide sound but wont win awards for sound quality. About like a cheap transistor radio. Or maybe two of them since it is stereo. With lots of wires and a power brick. Not elegant but it does the job if all you want is bare bones sound.

I bought these for my office computer. They work fine for what I need them for. I would not recommend them for people looking for great speakers for music.

I would suggest this if you only plan on using these speakers for casual use on desktop and browsing and whatnot. It's a hassle unplugging them in and out if you want to use them for other things like, playing music from your phone in a different room. I have them strictly for desktop use. Also, don't expect them to give you amazing sound, they give great sound and volume level for the price and are perfect replacements for the default speakers built on the monitors.
