Excitement turned into disapointment

Which by the way took a little over eight months to complete. Anyway I recently unbox this item and the long speaker do not work and because I waited so long to unbox it I can not return or exchange it. I couldn't tell you if it was a bad product or not. All i can say that it look nice but it do not turn on what so ever. However the subwoofer does but I can't use it without the other speaker. I am a bit disappointed and I will not buy insignia again.

(best=BT better=opitcal good=component)
