Couldn't hook up to my Insignia Fire TV since it only has inputs and no outputs. That was the only drawback for me. Fits nicely in my semi truck!

Cheep with OK Sound

Required the purchase of a special cord not included to attach to the TV. The horizontal bar provided more sound in the original TV speakers. The bass box barely put out any sound/base. Disappointed with the amount of days that comes out of this product.

We truly understand how important this setup is for you, especially since you want to improve your TV experience from your older TV set. To clarify, this sound system does not need a digital optical cable. The Quick Setup Guide indicates that you have 3 types of connection methods; 2 of which we provide you with the necessary cables, the digital optical cable method is NOT mandatory its simply an alternative. Regardless, if you are not enjoying this sound system or you feel something is wrong, we highly encourage you to contact our team, so that we can guide you through the setup and verify that it is setup for you to receive the best sound possible.
