Decent product. They need to include an optical cable. Why? Because the RCA and ‘headphone’ connectors are of no use when smart TVs no longer include a compatible signal. As OEM, cables cost a lot less to the manufacturer. Customer empathy at product design is critical. At $150 such an item would be of value to get customers to use the device. Now I feel the bar may need to be returned.

Disappointed with the connection options but it does sound good for the money.

It can be a little louder. Works great though. I can hear the difference between tv with and without it!

It's ok it's better to play music from your smart tv. Then special effects from movies. Don't buy it save your money

Cannot connect to TV directly for five reason. I need extra cable. Remote lags

I doubted this product before I got it. After a few weeks of using this product, I can say I got value for my money. The only issue I have is that there is no led display, though, the led light is ok. The bass output is really nice. For the record, do not use the Bass profile!

This was a gift to my son-in-law and he was very happy with it. Based on his reactions to it I’d say it is a great soundbar.

Picked this sound bar up while on a terrific Best Buy sell as a gift for my grown Daughter. Once she was able to get it set up properly, I have heard nothing but admiration on her new sound system.

I bought this sound bar for my game room tv in my garage. Works great and connected perfectly. I guess my only issue would be that if I pause a game or show, after about 10 - 15 minutes it will turn off. Not a big issue, but an issue.

Very good but did not integrate with the Samsung 4K TV volume control, must be run on its own remote.

Good entry level soundbar with subwoofer. It does what i expected.

Had to have Geek Squad come out to get the soundbar to connect with the TV. Unable to accomplish this talking to Geek Squad on the phone or talking with the soundbar manufacturer. EVERY TIME I pause the sound, the sound bar goes into "sleep mode"! Very inconvenient! Sound quality is good, when it is working.

I am really loving my new Insignia. I purchased this soundbar as a bday gift to myself. I am enjoying my new sounds.

Sound is good even thought is not too loud, but with some apps i couldn't get any sound. I ended up returning it and getting a different brand.

Purchased this as it is only 2.25" high and I have limited space under my tv. I bought it to hide cords - I don't need a soundbar but this was less expensive than moving electrical. It arrived yesterday and I immediately had an issue pairing this with my spectrum remote even though I know it can be paired - called spectrum and no success after almost two hours, called Insignia twice and was "disconnected" both times after they referred my back to spectrum. Called best buy today and they referred me back to either Spectrum or Insignia. Not sure if this is a good item or not given I can't use it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY INSIGNIA AND BEST BUY and would never recommend if you are tech challenged as am I.

Got it on sale and I am very pleased. Great buy in my opinion
