I personally just wanted something better than the TV but not something that would shake the walls so I’m happy with this purchase .

Huge box, not much packing. Didn’t work. Our local store made sure we received a new “ out of the box” item. Very pleased with our local interaction! Thank you, Best Buy!!!

(I'm glad I read that review - otherwise I would have returned this!) I had to buy an optical cable. Insignia really needs to include a cable that works - I can't imagine I was the only one that nearly returned it. Sound is ok. A little better than my tv, but not by too much.
