I found this package online at best buy.com. It was delivered in about 3 days and I am very happy with it and will be purchasing from here again.

Bluetooth is sporadic and with my Samsung smart TV there are times I can’t control volume or speaker function. The fix is unplugging the subwoofer for about 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Other than that it’s great

Intermittent subwoofer

Have adjusted the base settings. Moved the subwoofer closer nothing. Still goes in and out can’t figure out why. When it works it has good sound. But irritating. Will likely bring back.

When system is turned off by TV, loud bang is heard through subwoofer. Unit shuts down after a while after no audio is present. Unit is connected via fiber output from TCL TV.

But optical connection will result in a delay (~ 0.5 seconds) between audio and video which cannot be fixed through the settings.

It wasn’t too expensive but just keep in mind you have to buy a connector piece if you’re hooking up to your tv like we did
