There is a reason the price is low. The sound bar is just ok. The sub is basically non-existent. I had to put my ear down to make sure it was even on. Yes I know how to adjust settings and I know what it takes to connect.... not much if it’s good equipment. I should have known. I returned and went with Samsung like I should have from beginning. Much happier. Most Insignia items are ok unless it’s sound related. Best Buy customer service is always top notch and the no hassle return policy is certainly helpful. 5 stars for them

Even with the subwoofer, the bass was near nonexistent unless the volume was turned up very high. The initial setup required a little bit of messing around with the TV settings as the sound bar did not connect at first, even though it was connected via optical audio cable. Overall, I believe that this is a slight upgrade from the TV speakers, but spending that $50-$70 more can make a big difference.
