I suppose i expected too much for a bargain price. Usually Insignia brand is satisfactory, but this time it fell short. Spend a little more to get a true quality product, you will be much happier in the long run. Dont shy away from Insignia brand in general, this is an isolated case.

With quarantine we cannot return it. So that's fun. It will hook up to my phone via bluetooth. Thats alright. Expensive set for playing music from my phone if you ask me. And yes 3 different people tried following the steps and even tried to look up on YouTube. Nothing works. Sticking to my main brands from now on.
