Bass was turned up all the way but just did not have the sound qaulity that other 2.1 sound bars have. Unfortunaltely best Buy did not Have this unit set up at there store so I was unable to sample it and Ended up returning the System.

I bought two different digital optical cables and couldn’t get it to work. Very disappointing!! Best Buy return was very easy but you still have to drive to the store. I didn’t get another one because I didn’t want to go through the return hassle of going Back to the store. I’ve had good luck with Insignia TVs, this is the first Insignia non-TV product I’ve bought.

When connected to Bluetooth it has the most trouble keeping up with the dialogue on screen and will cut in and out. It cuts out the worse for music, which makes this cheap sound bar even cheaper feeling.
