Even with the bass cranked up the subwoofer is barely noticeable. The soundbar audio is only marginally, barely even noticeable, better than my TV output. I wish I would have paid better attention to the reviews before purchasing. I would have definitely kept looking.

After a day and a half of troubleshooting, we returned ths to get a Samsung soundar. It does not seem to be a bad soundbar, just make sure it is compatible with the TV you are buying it for.
