Choppy wired audio, woofer doesn't stay connected

Even worse, at times the sound bar itself becomes choppy like it is connected via bluetooth/wireless when its wired via optical cable, so no reason for it to ever be choppy. At times, all sound is lost, light turns solid blue, till I change source, even when in the middle of usage. This is total garbage, just a waste of time, I will have to box up, return, and get another.... This is Best Buy's brand really? Woofer needs to be super close to sound bar, to the point it makes it pointless to even be wireless. I had this less than 12 hours...

Don't Waste Your Money!!!

After 2 weeks the subwoofer will not stay connected, the Bluetooth from my TV or phone will cut out. Try using the Aux/RCA cables that come with the unit and all you hear in the background is humming from the sound bar. Spent $80 which I thought was a good deal but now it's a huge paperweight and waste of money. Best Buy will not return it caus ei no longer have the OEM packaging.

As others have noted, the bass is hardly noticeable. I have a less expensive, less powerful Insignia digital-boost soundbar on a different TV that gives much better bass and overall sound. If I had it to do over, I'd buy another of those vs. this one.

Sub not very noticeable...but I don’t know that I was expecting a lot for the price really. It is better than the built in TV speaker. If you are looking for a ‘wow’ theater type experience look elsewhere.

Not good Quality

But when i opened you can tell that it was used . My sub woofer was damage on top corner Had a hard time connecting via Bluetooth to my insignia tv.
