    YOU WILL RETURN IT ...The TV is louder and clearer than this sound bar, I purchased it without hearing it, i will not buy another until i can hear it. I have a set of Computer "ALTEC LANSING" self powered Speakers that OUT PERFORM this sound bar by a LONG SHOT !!! And i found them in a Good Will for 5 bucks !!!DONT JUST BLOW YOUR MONEY get some nice PC sound speakers they have PLENTY OF POWER and plug into the head phone jack of your TV and BLAST ALL THE SOUND YOU NEED AND MORE !!

    Not satisfied at all with this product! It cuts when switching from one input to another!! Once it cuts off, powering back on is a challenge in itself!!

    Subwoofer volume control is crap. Yes, I used the bass button per instructions. This is e-waste.

    Didn’t come with instructions so was only able to use the subwoofers Bluetooth to my phone. Couldn’t connect my tv for the life of me. Tore the box up when I received it so couldn’t return it so I sold it...

    ... through the hourglass of time. But no really. I lose half a day every time the TV updates and becomes disconnected from the bluetooth on this device. So BUYER BEWARE. Only purchase if you hate having more time in your day! It’s eally the worst. Do not buy this. The subwoofer is super quiet. It won’t stay paired. I bought an Insignia TV (also a big mistake when you are used to only Samsung). So you would think it would stay paired with an Insignia soundbar and subwoofer. NOPE. Just keep an extra few hours a week. If you like that sort of thing.

    I tried to link the product with my TV’s and Bluetooth devices, none of them work. I tried to return it and was told that it was too late. It had to be done with in 15 days. Now, I am out of $100 plus and stuck with a useless Bluetooth Speakers from bestbuy.:: This is was the worsebuy..:

    I returned this soundbar and spent the extra money for the polk signa 2 soundbar and wireless subwoofer because the subwoofer with this insignia setup was extremely weak. I turned the bass up all the way and did not notice a real difference.

    Not to happy with, when turning on half the time it wouldn’t come on .Sounded bad we took it back . This time the price reflected the quality cheap cheap cheap.

    Bluetooth disconnects randomly by itself, the range is very limited. Sometimes doesn't show up on device list when just connected. Subwoofer has to be pretty much next to the speaker to work.

    After a few months of use, the sound has begun to jump in and out from a full stereo sound to a mono sound. I can't find any warranty information on this item and I am pretty tired of "thank you for holding"!
