    It constantly turns off biggest pain in the but in the world and obviously doesnt sound that great but thats to be expected I only bought it because my tv speakers stopsd working .

    Okay for the Sale Price

    I have had other sound bars that sound better and have a digital display to make it easier to program. This is very basic and the sound is so-so. I have had another sounder since 2011 with my 3D TV and it blows this one away.

    I pruchase this sound bar becasue i wanted more bass for our tv sound but was disappointed that even with the sub, it sounded the same as my tv speaker.

    Hard pass, even at a discount its not worth it.

    Sounds kinda ok at best. It came with almost nothing in the box. Box wrapped in security tape almost like its used/open box. The remote has 4 sound options andvonly "theater " is passable . Paired with its sub woofer easily but the sub drops sound or connect at times. Oh and if you dont turn your tv sound down when using an optical cable youll notice a delay , sound seems unsynced to the picture a noticeable amount. Skip this thing if you can afford ANYTHING else.

    It is quite a bit laggy and is annoying to here it cut so much subwoofer disconnects frequently

    Worked great for six months, now it has an intermittent vibration causing sound distortion. Never had the TV set too loud used digital light cables purchased from bestbuy which were never unplugged once plugged ij

    Got these during Black Friday and they were pretty cheap. It’s a very bare bones system with little to no options. It’s being used in my sister’s room which is good enough but don’t recommend using for your main entertainment system.

    I can't really review this item cause I brought for my older tv I never opened the box decided to buy new 65 inch android hisense tv instead it was a great decision android tv has good built in sound system.

    When it works right, it's great but sadly that is not often at all. I've had too many issues with this not synching with the Insignia tv (which should be easy considering), the subwoofer either cutting out or not connecting at all, and the sound quality is like you're in a giant tin can. Currently shopping for a different sound bar as I type.

    It’s not the best to be honest it gets the temporary job almost done but I only bought it because it was almost 100 dollars cheaper on Memorial Day. So happy I didn’t purchase at regular prices.

    Was working good for a month but now will stop working when ever I use my firestick or on certain channels. Going to buy a Samsung and not worry about these problems again

    Overall sound isn’t as good as I thought it would be. Also, bluetooth connection isn’t very strong compared to other Bluetooth speakers as well as the remote connection.

    I would've liked it if it didn't shut off every 15 to 20 mins. I found some instructions on the internet how to cut the, I guess, power save mode off and that method doesn't work. That feature is really annoying and insignia should definitely reconsider adding that to their future products.

    Not very impressed with this sound bar, but it's still better than the tv speakers.. also, if you have a Samsung tv like I do there could be issues with controlling the sound with the tv or Roku remote

    Soundbar is cheap Sub is useless

    I wish I realized this has been on a permanent sale before I bought it. Assumed I was getting a deal but I immediately realized it's just a cheap product. The soundbar is fine but the subwoofer is basically not there.

    I personally did not have a good experience with this product the sound is very weak and the blue tooth keeps disconnecting, there are better products with the same price I wouldn't recommend this item

    Another Subpar Product from Insignia

    Horrible performance out of the box. Connection issues and the subwoofer drops connection every thirty seconds or so. Depending on the what you are watching the audio is mixed, explosions and gun fire are loud (appropriately so) while dialogue is low regardless of the setting or volume. You are better off buying a better quality product for a bit more money. Insignia never fails to underwhelm and disappoint.

    returned since it did not work. I bought an open box. I guess this may have been why it was previously returned. 2 stars since i really did not get to try it. maybe it works great but i never got to find out

    Purchased this at a great price on sale. I previously purchased NS-HSB318 by Insignia and was pleased with the quality. However this seems to really fall short on the quality of the subwoofer. The design and remote functions do not seem to have the same build quality. I tried cranking up the bass after I figured out how to do it, but still really couldn’t hear it. I’m exchanging it for a different brand tomorrow. A bit disappointed as the previous Insignia sound bar I got was great.
