    Quality it's good. Just not the sound. Subwoofer don't even work on till you put full view volume to the sound bar, then you can verily hear it. Sound is not clear at all. My tv does better sound then this.

    I plan on returning this unit. Maximum sound volume is inadequate. I believe the unit is working as designed. Need something with more wattage.

    The instructions for setup were a little backwards (this is my first ever soundbar though). I went through all the steps in the instructions/user manual, but could not get any sound from the TV to the soundbar - even after double checking all my connections and completing all the troubleshooting steps too. And the bass from the subwoofer is hardly noticeable even after figuring out how to increase it as much as possible. I didn't have extremely high expectations considering the low price and the low-end brand, but this was discouraging and disappointing.

    Sounds about what I expected in this price range. My main issue is the lack of support for universal remotes. Haven't found a code for a 20.1 IR DISH remote. Thinking about returning it for this reason alone.

    very difficult to hook up and pair, even though everything is hooked up properly, you have to go into settings menu on the tv and its very confusing, it should like 19.99 instead of 59.99

    The sound quality is degrading with time. The bass hardly sounds like anything is coming out of it. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

    Soundbar sync issues

    Soundbar wouldn't sync right. It was over my days of return and the Riverdale store was real good about making sure I was satisfied. They've always been very helpful and friendly!

    Ordered these to supplement my 65" Samsung TV. Not much supplementing. As a matter of fact, TV speakers sounded better. I was expecting much better quality but I guess you get what you pay for.

    I do not know if it is user error or if the soundbar just isn't compatible for our TV. I will probably have to get the Geek Squad to come out and set it up because from what I can tell it isn't working.

    Poor sound quality. To much base not enough midrange and almost no high range. Optical input does not work (at least not on mine).

    Can't get it to sync with the audio. Bought another optical cable, no help. Googled others that had similar issues, no help. Called insignia, no help. Interesting that youtube and Amazon prime, no issues. Only fails with my 2 year Hisense Android TV. Reset it, no help. Turning it off back on temporarily fixes it..gradually gets off again 5 minutes. Thanks Don

    This did not work out with me. I had problems hooking this up but when I did I could not to sync up with my ATT U Verse. I would have had to use a separate remote to the TV and the sound bar.

    I was looking for an inexpensive soundbar for the bedroom tv. I should have spent the extra money for a Samsung. Insignia doesn't seem to work well depending on the tv platform and/or programming.

    Sounds quality isn’t that bad. The wireless subwoofer cuts out regularly even when places right next to the bar. Spend more money and get something else.

    Bought this for use with a new Westinghouse TV. It would not work at all with a know working optical cable. YES teh TV was set for optical. I tried from my other TV. It would not work with the 2 RCA cables either. It would only work if I plugged it into the TV headphone out & turned the volume up to 100 & sounded like crap as you would expect from a TV headphones out . When I tried using the optical cable the sound bar kept moving from green Optical to orange standby for some reason. Sorry but for the glimmer of sound I got not worth returning & trying another.

    I had high expectations for this product but was let down. The sound is horrible and after a little while of being on you mainly hear static and have to turn everything off and then back on.

    This did not work well for me. I have an LG, and it just didn’t pair well or sound good. I could hardly hear anything from the sub woofer. I went with an LG and it made a huge difference.
