Underwhelming at best

Get if you have to

Low end product

Disappointed

I called customer service to get help with how to use or to see if there was an issue and I was passed around and then they hung up on me. Not too happy

sounds good when working

I have tried pairing and every way possible with varying distances to the sound bar and nothing seems to work. I am going to exchange this for another product because we shouldn't have these issues right from the start.

Very Little Bass

The bass is almost non existent at normal volumes. There is a bit if you crank it up which we would rarely do watching TV or movies. The sound bar lacked HDMI/ARC. That means our TV could not control it through the remote. So another remote and and the same sound - we returned it.

Barely functional

It's better than cheap Bluetooth speaker off Amazon. Do not expect the subwoofer to work (I've tried everything). Do not expect the latest Bluetooth connection. Do not expect high quality audio. It's fine for a second tv but I honestly would have just stuck with the built in speakers until I could afford something better. The subwoofer worthless 90% of the time regardless of what settings I change or which device I use.

Not what I was expecting

Not happy with quality of unit

Not worth the money, even on sale

Ever since I got it, I've had nothing but issues... Subwoofer not outputting sound, soundbar not controlling the base levels with the remote, and now, no sound randomly on some input sources on my TV. It's just been a headache using this, I should have gone for a better brand instead of cheapy Insignia.

Good price point

Don't waste $ your TV speakers are better.

I repeat the subwoofer has no volume control. You will not even know that the subwoofer exists. Disappointed but I will survive. If you purchased one recently return it while you can. I still like the Insignia brand, but this is not a good product.

Sound cuts out

We went with this set up when our old Bluetooth set-up finally started to die. It cuts out if the computer is more than 2 feet away from it. We end up having to run an audio cord most days so it might as well not even be Bluetooth.

Not the best buy...

It was to be used for a little tv in basement. I found this for less than $65. Figured it would sufficient for what I was needing. Got it home and hooked up... The sound was absolutely terrible... The subwoofer might as well have just not been a thing. There seemed to be more bass coming from the bar than the sub... The bar it's self rattled and sounded distorted. Had the optical audio hooked up. Needless to say.... Don't waste your time...
