    Horrible!!! Sound goes in and old. This version is outdated for new TV'S. Best buy should be ashamed of selling such crap...

    The speaker will not work with wire set up so we have to use Bluetooth and it's a bit spotty but does it's job when it decides to work.

    If you wanted one something but had a small buget I guess it's ok. Don't be mad about the quality. You get what you pay for.

    The sound is very bland, without power, it is very noisy when you turn up the volume. Maybe I can improve.

    Not syncing up to the tv great seems like the tv is louder on its on has a voice delay

    Setup was ok. Could not hear high frequencies well. Low was fine. Only AUX connection or optical (no ARC). Return this.

    Sound like a dam record player no bass what so ever the sound bar to me over powered the sub. Besides it's only 80 watts so what can you expect.

    I had to return this soundbar...the subwoofer just would not connect to the soundbar...the soundbar did not show an indication of the volume.

    This did not work with any of the apps that were on my insignia brand TV. It only worked for the local channels

    You get what you pay for. I was on a budget and tried this sound bar. Unfortunately I returned it for a better product. The Bluetooth doesn’t connect easy and the quality of sound was not to my liking

    I’ll make this short and consise. First, it’s junk. Second, no tech support that speaks English. I’m trying to nasty, but I’m sorry, I just don’t understand their language. Makes it hard. Third. No help from store. So if you buy this, your on your own. And they are very difficult to ser up and use. I will never buy from Best Buy again.

    Purchased as an open box. Thought the price was right, but the sound was no better than my old Insignia NS-SB316 soundbar, without a subwoofer! Could hardly hear any bass coming from the wireless subwoofer. The subwoofer connected and was functioning, but really ineffective in improving the "theater" experience. Extremely disappointed so returned.

    simply junk with optical wire did not work bluetooth worked not even auxiliary worked. Its crap.

    I purchased this item thinking it will be good fit for my Insignia TV. However, Once I set up the sound equipment to the TV, I realized that the subwoofer even though connected to the sound bar was not producing any sound at all. Despite my multiple attempts to to try to fix the issue, I was still unable to make it work. Now after reading Bestbuy return policy, I found out that I could no longer return the sound system.
