    First, I was sold an open box item. The batteries were already in the remote and the power cord to the subwoofer was missing So I called the company just to see if they could send me a power cord out. They suggested I return and exchange it. I will never buy this again. With the current climate I can’t even take it back to get my 90 bucks back.

    The subwoofer is not what i expected, It is not loud enough. The TV have the same sound output .

    Giving it 1 star because I had to! Difficult to connect to tv. It wasn’t pairing. Once paired there was no sound. There are no indication lights letting you know it’s on or off. You have to switch the mode but again there is no indication of what mode you’re on. Price was amazing but remember you do get what you pay for.. too good of a price

    The soundbar is useless. It sounds as good as TV. Cannot pair subwoofer with Bluetooth

    Not enough control. Poorly featured.

    Not enough inputs, sounds boomy, and the most annoying part, is that it auto turns off from inactivity. I’d just like the thing to stay turned on. There is a ton of box noise with the sub. The mids are clear, but it severely lacks details with the highs.

    This is the worst purchase I’ve ever did… this product is no good at all… the sound is good when you first turn it on, but the 5 minutes later the bass box goes out and then it come on and go off at the same time. NO GOOD SURROUND SOUND!!!!!!!!

    I was really looking forward to replacing my existing soundbar and hearing the subwoofer. Unfortunately, the port for the optical connection was defective. If I pushed/moved the cable at the port, the bar sound would go on and off, but never stayed on and I never heard the subwoofer. I had no choice but to return it.

    Speaker didn’t work with have the apps, or movies we tried to play. Now the speaker won’t even work. The sound quality was okay, but the fact it wont work is pathetic. I will be doing everything I can to try a return. Haven’t even had it for a month.

    UNABLE TO CONNECT SUBWOOFER

    I TRIED EVERYTHING WITH NO SUCCESS. THE SOUNDBAR AND WOOFER ARE NOT CONNECTING. I OWN AN Insignia 2.0-Channel NS-HSB318 AND IT WORKS FLAWLESS. BEST BUY NEEDS TO CONTRACT A BETTER COMPANY TO MANUFACTURE THIS SOUNDBAR MODEL.

    Horrible sounds awful work for one week then lost Bluetooth connection never got it back. I called the manufacture they basically told me to take it back to Bestbuy n Bestbuy tells me to send it back to them horrible customer service.

    Can't get it to work

    Disappointed that I can't get this soundbar to work on my parents television. I bought this as a gift for them. I live out of state and have now traveled back home. I would love to have best buy contact me and arrange to have the soundbar hooked up and functioning. I will be happy to pay for their service.

    Don’t buy without protection plan

    Only had it 90 days and now the sound cuts in and out. Best Buy only gives you a 60 day return window. I had my last soundbar for several years and it still worked. Gave ut to my daughter when I bought 2 of these junkers
