When you initially set up the sub woofer it is basically non existent. Turn up the bass with the remote all the way and you will get decent sound quality. Worth the money.

It is obviously not the top of the line being from Insignia, but puts out decent sound. Would work good for a bedroom.

The only issue is that it’s slightly out of sync with tv. I Have to mute tv or it sounds like an echo. Kind of annoying but muting tv seems to solve problem.

And it’s an upgrade to the tv sound quality. I just wish it had a better description of which setting you are on, rather than just colored dots.

I gave this a 3 however because with the cheap price the user experience has been compromised - theres no indication of how high or low your volume is other than you hearing it out for yourself, youre pretty much relying on LED blinks to know whether youre on a specific setting or not, which is kind of annoying. But other than that sound quality is great, just have to get used to the inefficient way to adjust preferences.
