It matches the TV he has, which is a Sanyo 50" 4k tv. This is a entry level sound bar that replaces the tv speakers for music and movies. If you have a mid - high end TV, then you should be looking to spend half of the amount your tv is worth on a sounder.

No, it's not the best one out there, but for the price, it's excellent. This makes the sound coming out of your TV 10X better. Highly recommend for most people unless you need amazing sound for more money

With 80 watts of power, our music sounds great. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or anyone whos looking for great sound at a great price!!!
