Very good sound quality but doesn't support dolby digital, only PCM stereo. However as a bedroom speaker system, it excels.

Great sound quality. I do not recommend using the optical line in as it has a slight delay and the sound couldn't get as loud as aux in.

Great sound for the price. More than enough for what we needed it for. My daughter asked if we had a movie theater in the basement.

so the sound quality of the soundbar is amazing. however, the subwoofer is kinda quiet, even at max volume. this wasn't a dealbreaker for me, it was the delay. an average user would NEVER notice it, but since I use other speakers with it, I could hear that the soundbar was delayed. 150ms to be exact. bottom line is: if it's the only system your using, and you don't mind the slight lack of bass, it's a 5-star product.

Good product some issues with connecting but easy setup overall

Great sound bar with wireless sub for the price. But if you want more bass, you will have to spend a little more. Great for the bedroom.

The sound from this soundbar is great, but since the subwoofer connects to this device via bluetooth, I am never quite sure if the subwoofer is actually working. It sounds like it is, so I have no complaints. Realistically this does not sound like an expensive sound bar setup, but it meets my needs. It sounds great.

Love my new soundbar and tv. The only thing the second day the sales clerk was different from the day before and did not seem as attentive

I bought this 2.1 Insignia on sale and I must say that I was impressed by it's improved sound over the regular TV speakers. It's not as good as the Samsung 2.1 HDMI E-ARC one I purchased as well but that one was much more expensive obviously. This is a great one for your kids room etc.

Bestbuy had a deal on this and I wanted an upgrade in my current Soundbar. FYI I have had Sound bar for 4 years now and its amazing but I plugged this in and compared the sound with my old one, the difference was clear. I guess you don't know what you are messing if you are not open to change.

Excellent value. The subwoofer adds a richness to music and movies.

Has very good sound quality but not as good as I was hoping for in surround sound. Added the rear speaker kit that helped a lot

i highly recommend this soundbar for those who just need decent sound from the new tv's however there's one disappointment and that is it can't be playing via bluetooth at the same time the tv speakers are playing

For the price this is very decent, and the base is pretty good. No problems.

It works, the sub could be a little louder. It doesn't always want to turn on and off with the remote but the button on the soundbar always works.

Sound is pretty good from bar, but bass from subwoofer is weak. But for the money its good. Since I use this for my office TV, its not bad.

For the price, this is pretty good! Goes on sale a good bit as well, so give it a go!

Insignia is known to be budget friendly, and honestly, i like the brand. I needed a tv and it was within my price range. Yes, the color doesn’t transition very well, but mainly there are sound issues. Scenes will be loud but you can’t hear a word a person says. So i buy this soundbar. It does help a little, but make sure your tv volume is not on, or it will be an echo. It makes up for the bass, but no setting will make everything sound perfect. It’s either muffled voices but good bass, or loud with no bass. There is a slight happy medium, but overall I consider this item “good enough” or “better than nothing”.
