Not sure if I can control with my universal remote yet...

Not as much bang for the buck as I had hoped

That is, until I realized that the Insignia remote controlled both the system and my TV (I also have an Insignia TV). The sound quality was decent, however it crackled at random times even when the volume was low. Maybe I just got a bad set.

Nice soundbar for the price

The only downside is the volume levels - not many in-between volume options, but not that big a deal. Speaking of deals, when I went to the store to buy the soundbar, there was one that someone had returned, so I got it for only $80.
