My old hard drive I need it for some back up files and easy install works perfectly

I was very pleased with the product. What really delighted me was the ease of ordering and the delivery service. The time was shipped when promised and I got an update when it had arrived at my front door!

I love the fact that its an aluminum casing. The HDD fits snuggly and has a little cushion protection for those everyday hits you might experience. I highly recommend as it has a very high speed throughput on my USB 3.0 Connection!

Easy way to salvage the old HD from my recycled Mac Book Pro; when i retrieve everything I want from it, I have an external storage drive. Nifty. :)

Great product. Allows me to simply plug in my old hard drive into my new computer. Can access anything that was ever saved on my hard drive including itunes! Saved my butt because my old computer had a virus on it.

These items are invaluable if you are one to re-appropriate older or purpose bought larger capacity upgrades. Great for adding on to game console and carrying around for laptop uses.

My laptop crashed with a hard drive failure. It had a secondary drive installed with all of my data on it. This insignia enclosure let me turn the secondary drive into a USB 3.0 external hard drive. And the price was right!

I got this to run OS X from an external ssd on an iMac 4K. Great price, does the job, not as fast as expected. Wish it was thunderbolt. But the price is right and doesn't disconnect on its own. Will buy another for sure.
