Cheaper with combo

I went to Best Buy and a young man employee directed me to this product. Because of him (wish I knew his name) I was able to use this product to retrieve all of my information from the broken external hard drive. Therefore retrieving 11 years worth of pictures. Lesson learned back up your info to two different external hard drives. Thank you Best Buy team member. P.S. If it helps I'm not tech savy and I get quickly aggravated with electronics but I was able to figure the product out.

excellent product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is one cool product, I needed an external backup and was thinking about buying one but I had a 320 GB Hard Drive from another project and needed a way to hook this up without to much trouble. Then I found this kit at the local Best Buy store and it contains everything I needed: an aluminum housing, circuitry, an USB cable and a professional finish. Assembly is a breeze and it works like a charm! I reformatted the hard-drive to ext 4 (linux) and now have a cool backup without breaking the bank. Thank you Insignia for making this housing!
