Great way to reuse laptop hard drives

Great enclosure

No need for external power supply. Easy to use and install. Comes with USB 3.0 cable and compatible with 2.0. Recognized drive and was able to format and back up.

Great Hard drive enclosure!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because within 9mo's I replaced my factory hard drive with a Seagate SSHD 1TB hard drive. I began experiencing problems with my Mac and had to wipe everything. So while doing that I decided to purchase a SSD drive, installed it and turned the Seagate SSHD into my new external and this enclosure works PERFECTLY!!!!!! I love that it's compact and whenever I fill this drive up I can buy another hard drive and use the same enclosure if needed. I recommend this enclosure! It's great!
