    Our old computer would not respond when plugged in or by battery power. I removed my hard drive hoping I could access our most important information and photos. We went to Best Buy and were helped by Felix at the Best Buy in Lakeland Florida. He not only showed us the Insignia - 2.5 Serial Ata Hard Drive Enclosure but installed our hard drive into it. We purchased a new computer and are able to retrieve all our info. This is now used as a external back up.
