Excellent choice for external drive enclosure

I also needed a way to clone the HDD to the SSD. The enclosure looks nice and comes with all the tools you need for assembly. The fit and finish is good, no remarks there. Overall it allowed converting a slow HDD to a decent backup drive. Satisfied with the purchase.

Sure ya have, who the heck hasn't? I found my self making that very statement not long ago, so I went to Best Buy and sure enough, this beauty is just sitting there on the shelf, like a ripe apple, ready to be picked! So I picked it.... Works great!

My now "bricked" laptop's HD was able to easily be removed and placed inside this case allowing me immediate and easy access the files. A great alternative to thumb drives and access to files when the "cloud" is not available or an option. Easy to use and gain portability to the data you desire.

Feels rugged, but not intending to drop it a bunch to find out. A bit pricey in my opinion, thus only 4 stars. Can find some out there for much cheaper. Only got it because I needed it right away after an SSD upgrade.

It made for a quick and easy transfer of the data because of the 3.0 usb capable cable. Haven't had any issues with it and glad to have a safe and secure way to retain the old drive in case its needed again.
