It is simple to use and easy to clean, but if left plugged in for too long after it is done cooking and switches to "keep warm" it will slightly scorch the rice on the bottom.

Easy to use. Add water to the fill line, butter a little salt and rice. Turn it off and wait for it to tell you when the five is ready.

The steamer basket is a bonus too. So far, I've found I need to add a little more water than the recommended amount to get the rice to my desired texture but overall I'm impressed with what this little cooker can do, especially cook lentils as well!

Super affordable rice cooker

We have an older model in red and needed a new one. Super easy to use, put the rice in, water, or whatever you're using. Plug it in and move to cook, it automatically moves to warm when done.
